What CertBinder is
CertBinder is a personal record-keeping tool for professional certifications, licenses, and continuing education. It is not a certifying body, not a state agency, and not a source of legal or regulatory advice.
The one that matters: verify with your board
Requirement data in CertBinder (hours, cycles, state rules) is researched from published sources and dated in the app, but boards and states change their rules. You are responsible for your own certification. Always confirm requirements with your issuing body before relying on them. CertBinder is a tracking aid, not a guarantee of compliance, and we are not liable for lapsed certifications, missed deadlines, or decisions made from information in the app.
Your account
You must provide accurate information and keep your password to yourself. You own your data; we claim no rights over anything you upload. Upload only files you have the right to store. No patient data, no unlawful content, no attempting to break or overload the service.
The AI assistant
Assistant answers are generated from your data and our requirement records. They can be wrong. The assistant does not give medical or legal advice, and its answers carry the same verify-with-your-board caveat as everything else.
Billing
Paid plans bill through Stripe monthly or yearly until cancelled. Cancel any time from the Account page and your plan runs to the end of the paid period. Deleting your account cancels billing.
Termination and changes
You can leave any time by deleting your account, which removes your data permanently. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service. We may update these terms, and will email account holders before material changes take effect. The service is provided as-is, and our total liability is capped at what you paid us in the past twelve months.
